Integration, Focus, Breakthrough: Vary Tech Holds 2026 Strategy Implementation and Business Planning Seminar, Charting a New Blueprint for Development

Recently, Vary Tech’s 2026 Strategy Implementation and Business Planning Seminar was held in Changsha. More than 70 participants from the headquarters, two business divisions and functional departments attended the seminar. With the theme of "Integration, Focus, Breakthrough: System-Driven High-Quality Growth", the seminar comprehensively clarified the strategic goals and the implementation direction of business planning for 2026 through in-depth discussions, special training and innovative roadshows.




Integration: Building a "Dual-Wheel Drive" Collaborative System

"Integration" is the cornerstone of organizational restructuring and strategic execution. Integration aims to break the barriers of inter-departmental and inter-segment cooperation through synergistic effects and maximize value.

Ming Guoying, Chairman of Vary Tech, emphasized that Vary Tech has adjusted its strategy and established a new Resource Recycling Division. The new Resource Recycling Division will conduct strategic integration and efficient linkage with the existing Equipment and System Services Division. All functional departments should base themselves on strategic goals, deepen integrated management, and ensure the implementation of strategic objectives.



The Resource Recycling Division has established the strategic goal of transforming from technology-driven to a resource recycling ecological platform. The Resource Recycling Division will adopt the complementary and collaborative layout of the "Blue Island, Green Island, Biocarbon Island" models, and introduce the unit partnership system to drive value growth. In project promotion, the Resource Recycling Division should follow the "marketing-technology-operation iron triangle" collaborative operation, and build an operation system integrating front-end volume accumulation and back-end deep processing resource guarantee.



As the technical engine of Vary Tech, the Equipment and System Services Division will integrate with the Resource Recycling Division to become a value-co-creation partner and solution provider. The Equipment and System Services Division will focus on three major areas: products, services and re-manufacturing, restructure the organizational system, and build efficient combat units.


 

Focus: Six Systems Decoding Strategy and Growth

Based on the roadshow themes, participants integrated across departments and segments to form six innovative roadshow teams. Innovative forms such as AIGC video explanation, scenario interpretation and theme video shooting fully demonstrated Vary Tech’s execution capability in transforming strategic blueprints into systematic practices.

The "Basic Disk Protection Team – Kirin Team", as the foundation of Vary Tech’s development, is driven by high-growth goals to ensure the profit base of Vary Tech’s core businesses. Meanwhile, the practical achievements in the field of end-of-life vehicle recycling and dismantling have been verified as a new driver of value growth.
The "High-Quality Project Team – Wind-Riding & Breakthrough Team" breaks departmental barriers through the "iron triangle collaborative operation" (marketing, technology, operation) and builds full-process solutions for county-level circular economy development.

The "Strategic New Industry Team – Biocarbon Exploration Eagle Team" layouts the growth curve for tomorrow. Centering on the dual carbon goals and taking Guidong as a model, the team is committed to building a centralized, digital and collaborative Carbon Island ecological chain to create new growth engines.
The "Management Empowerment Team – Three-Zero π Team" provides efficient organizational and talent guarantee for all businesses. The Management Empowerment Team positions management departments as strategic escorts and value discoverers. The Management Empowerment Team will focus on promoting the transformation of finance to "big finance", strengthening digital transformation, improving the talent incentive and elimination mechanism, and striving to build an efficient and collaborative value-oriented management system.

The "Technological Equipment Innovation Team – Peasant Uprising Team" is committed to providing core technologies and products for all businesses. Through focusing on core product competitiveness, the team will achieve cost reduction and efficiency improvement, quality enhancement and customer stickiness strengthening. In the future, the team will open up new growth space through international market development, product line optimization and cooperation with leading enterprises.

The "Characteristic Company Platform Team – Recycling Team" verifies and optimizes the overall business model in regional markets. Addressing industry pain points, the team proposes the "regional full-category recycling" and "asset-light operation" models, and uses resources such as supply and marketing cooperatives to build a replicable industrial ecological platform.

The six teams form a complete strategic decoding and execution system, ensuring the systematicness of Vary Tech’s current and future growth. Through public evaluation and expert evaluation, the roadshows of the "High-Quality Project Team – Wind-Riding & Breakthrough Team" and the "Management Empowerment Team – Three-Zero π Team" won the first prize and the second prize respectively.





 

Expert judges pointed out that characteristic regional platform companies should adopt a "one city, one policy" strategy, intervene with light assets, efficiently form standardized results at low cost with limited resources, and ensure the replicability of the model.




Breakthrough: Management Empowerment and Mechanism Reform

"Breakthrough" focuses on the systematic reform of management mechanisms and operation systems to break the bottlenecks restricting development.

Vary Tech’s Human Resources and Administration System will undergo systematic reform in accordance with the strategic orientation principle. Meanwhile, Vary Tech will launch the dynamic management of the 2026 talent project, introduce and promote the unit partnership model, and achieve a breakthrough in the talent mechanism. In addition, Vary Tech will establish an Operations Management Department to strengthen performance evaluation and promote the efficient implementation of strategies.



In terms of management and operation, the Operations Management Department will build a closed-loop management system of "strategy-operation-assessment". Through the assessment mechanism and performance reward mechanism, the department will break the phenomenon of equalitarianism, and comprehensively improve operational efficiency and market competitiveness.



The Financial Center will fully strengthen three core responsibilities: stewardship, data support, and investment and financing. The Financial Center will focus on promoting the transformation of financial management, implement a dynamic budget system according to business formats, ensure the rigid connection between budget execution and performance, strengthen cash flow management, explore diversified financing channels, ensure that resources are tilted towards high-value industries, and support the implementation of Vary Tech’s strategy and sustainable development.



For on-site management empowerment, two core module training – "business-oriented human resource management" and "financial management for non-financial managers" – were conducted by external professional trainers, laying a solid foundation for the execution of Vary Tech’s strategy.

This seminar has transformed Vary Tech’s strategic planning into a clear and executable "battle plan". Vary Tech will embark on a new chapter of high-quality development around the new strategy.
