Recently, Hunan Vary Tech Co., Ltd. successfully won the bid for the "Beihu District Renewable Resources Waste Home Appliance Precision Disassembly Equipment Renewal Project" from the Supply and Marketing Cooperative of Beihu District, Chenzhou City. This project will assist in upgrading the renewable resources industry in Beihu District and even the broader South Hunan region.

Responding to the national call to build a renewable resource recycling and utilization system, in 2023, the Beihu District Supply and Marketing Cooperative and Hunan Vary Tech Co., Ltd. established a strategic partnership to jointly promote the upgrading of the regional renewable resources industry. Adhering to the principle of "Government guidance, enterprise operation, and public participation," the two parties are jointly mapping out a new blueprint for renewable resource recycling and utilization.

The "Waste Home Appliance Precision Disassembly Equipment Renewal Project," for which Vary Tech won the bid, is a crucial component of the Beihu District renewable resource system construction. Upon commissioning, the project will achieve an annual processing capacity of 200,000 washing machines, 100,000 air conditioners, and 200,000 refrigerators, with an hourly processing rate of 50 - 80 waste refrigerators.

Furthermore, the project will comprehensively introduce Vary Tech's self-developed ERP big data management system. This system will integrate functions such as category library order management, intelligent weighing, precise warehousing, quality inspection, and document printing. Through a big data visualization platform, it will present the entire processing workflow for waste washing machines, air conditioners, and refrigerators in real-time. This will achieve digital and intelligent management upgrades, significantly enhancing operational efficiency and fine-grained management levels.

Vary Tech has been deeply involved in the field of solid waste resource utilization for 20 years, driving technological innovation in waste electrical and electronic equipment (WEEE) recycling and dismantling through innovation. As early as 2009, the company pioneered the combined process of "dual-shaft shredding + vertical crushing," establishing an industry-leading advantage. It has continuously iterated and upgraded this technology, constructing comprehensive plant system solutions covering multi-category electronic waste including refrigerators, televisions, washing machines, air conditioners, computers, and the new nine categories of small household appliances. Leveraging its Miluo industrial operation base, Vary Tech has successfully established a circular value chain of "Internet + Recycling - Home Appliance Dismantling - Waste Plastic Regeneration," achieving closed-loop resource management and high-value utilization.

Thanks to its outstanding technical strength and extensive operational experience, Vary Tech has earned the trust of numerous renowned domestic and international enterprises, including the China Federation of Supply and Marketing Cooperatives, Zhong Zai Zi Huan, Chengfa Environment, Haier, TCL, and many others. This in-depth cooperation with Beihu District will not only enhance the local waste home appliance processing capacity and resource utilization level but also provide a replicable "Beihu Model" for renewable resource industry upgrades in other regions.

As national policies promoting appliance replacement for old ones and environmental protection tighten, and the concept of a circular economy gains deeper traction, the standardized, precise dismantling and resource utilization of waste home appliances have become an inevitable trend. Vary Tech will continue to leverage its technological and experiential advantages to contribute more to China's green development.
