Hunan Provincial Research Team Inspects Vary Tech’s "Tri-Network Integration" Practice for Waste Household Appliances, Supporting Hunan’s 15th Five-Year Plan Development

On May 21, 2025, Ma Jie, Vice Chairperson of the Hunan Provincial People’s Congress Financial and Economic Affairs Committee and Head of the research team, led a delegation to conduct an in-depth field inspection of a major project within the Ring-Dongting Lake (Yueyang City) Ecological Economic Zone—Vary Tech’s Miluo "Tri-Network Integration" Recycling Network Platform for waste household appliances. The visit focused on critical issues of circular economy and green development for Hunan’s upcoming 15th Five-Year Plan (2026–2030). Local officials from the Yueyang Municipal People’s Congress, Miluo City Government, and Hi-Tech Industrial Development Zone, alongside corporate representatives including Xu Zhiya, Vary Tech’s Deputy General Manager and Head of the Resource Recycling Division, accompanied the delegation and detailed the project’s progress.

 

The research team first received a comprehensive briefing on Vary Tech’s integrated recycling network project—synergizing "Waste Household Appliances + Renewable Resources + Internet"—and subsequently inspected frontline production facilities to observe the development of terminals for full-component, high-value resource utilization of discarded appliances.

The project immerses itself in the industry’s digital, intelligent, and networked transformation, aiming to establish an efficient, smart benchmark for full life-cycle management of waste household appliances—from source collection to end-of-life processing.




Front-End: Intelligent Collection Network
Leveraging an "Internet + Recycling" model, the project plans to establish a multi-tiered, grid-based physical recycling platform across key cities, counties, and districts in Hunan Province, extending down to communities, subdistricts (townships), and county-level units. Technologies such as online scheduling, intelligent weighing, and traceability tracking enable standardized, large-scale, and transparent collection, resolving the "last-mile" recycling challenge.


 
Mid-End: Industrial "Smart Brain"
Strategically deploying smart sorting centers for all categories of waste appliances and an advanced big-data management system for e-waste classification, Vary Tech has independently developed a shared big-data cloud platform. This "industrial brain" reconstructs a reverse logistics and resource regeneration network centered on "resource-driven collaboration and value sharing."


Back-End: Digitally Monitored Refined Processing & High-Value Utilization
Through new integrated dismantling lines and high-quality plastic modification/pelletizing production lines, the project achieves maximum resource recovery and value enhancement for components (e.g., iron, copper, aluminum, precious metals, plastics) from waste electrical and electronic equipment. In 2024, the company launched its "AI-Powered Digital Credible Traceability Cloud System," integrating IoT, AI large language models, and 5G to enable real-time monitoring and smart management of the entire plastic recycling process. This innovation ensures precise quality control across all stages, drives digital/unmanned/intelligent operational transformation, and establishes full life-cycle digital traceability—providing critical practical experience and a technical model for the industry’s credible recycling system and high-value closed-loop applications.



The research team leadership highly commended Vary Tech’s forward-looking strategy, innovative business model, and significant potential to empower regional circular economy development and advance "Zero-Waste City" initiatives through the Miluo-based tri-network integration project.
