In the new era, Vary solution to recycle and utilize renewable resources

Driven by a series of favorable national policies, such as the "Action Plan for Promoting Large-Scale Equipment Updates and    Trade-In     of    Consumer     Goods ",     "Opinions    on Accelerating   the    Construction    of   a   Waste    Recycling System",  and  "Notice  on  Supporting  the  Construction  of Pilot Cities for a Modern Commercial Circulation System" and    other    policies   were    introduced,    the    renewable resources  industry  seemed  to  have  embarked  on  a  high- speed    development    train    and    ushered    in    vigorous development.   However,  in  this  seemingly  bright  future, opportunities and challenges coexist, and the development of the renewable resources industry still faces many thorny problems.
 
At  present,  the  industry  is  mainly  facing  the  following severe challenges: the long-standing phenomenon of small and  scattered  pollution  in  traditional  renewable  resource recycling  networks  is  like  a  "stubborn  disease",  which  not only seriously damages the environmental quality, but also greatly   restricts   the   standardized   development   of   the industry; In the two networks integration project, there are embarrassing situations of "what you can do but not what you can see" and"You can see but you can't do it".   The  profitability  situation  is appalling, and   there   is   a    huge   difference   between construction   and operation   costs   and   profitability;   the processing of special waste such as bulky waste and garden waste, it brings an unbearable burden and  makes  sustainable  development difficult; the  Shuang long flood control problem  existing  in  government management   has   resulted   in   unclear   boundaries   of responsibilities     between      different    departments     and numerous   obstacles   to   coordination    and   cooperation, which   has    greatly   hindere efficient    promotion   of "integration of two networks".

Ming  Guoying,  chairman  of  Huna Vary Tech Co.,  Ltd., shared  the  company's  valuable  experience  and service model in the field of integration of two renewable resources networks at the third phase of the full-category recycling  operation  training  of  the   renewable   resources sorting   center. Among  them,  Blue  Island,  as  a  green  sorting  center  for renewable  resources,  has  now  been  successfully  shaped into  a   lean  model  after  going  through  two  stages  of traditional and advanced stages, with the following notable characteristics:
First,  recycling  of  all  categories  and  sharing  through  all channels.    With    the     company's    cutting-edge     deep processing  system  as   its   solid  foundation,   Blue   Island covers a wide  range  of categories such as waste  plastics, waste paper, scrap metal, waste glass, waste rubber, garden waste,   commercial   secret   carriers,    bulky   waste,   waste household  appliances,   scrap  steel,  and  decommissioned equipment. At the same time, it is equipped with a unified product sales platform to achieve a comprehensive synergy effect.

 

Second, people -oriented. In view of the arduous process of fully    automating    all-category    recycling,    we    carefully constructed  a  sorting  system  that  fits  China's  national conditions, taking  humane care as the core  purpose,  and cleverly   built   a    two-dimensional   sorting   system   that combines  manual sorting and automation to fully  protect the legal rights of front-line employees, significantly improve  environmental  quality  and   labor  efficiency,  and greatly improve the overall image of the industry.

 

Third, digital supervision throughout the entire process. We have worked hard to build a complete customer traceability management  system,  "Smart  Pickup"  electronic  weighing supervision   system,    sorting   center   data    management system,  remote online  monitoring system, and visual data system,     successfully    achieving    digital    and     precise management of information.

 

Fourth,  deepen  processing  and  improve  overall  efficiency. We  attach  great  importance  to  energy  conservation  and consumption    reduction,    carry    out    layout    planning scientifically and rationally, and effectively reduce operating costs. Through innovative means such as three-dimensional warehousing     platforms,     refined     sorting,      integrated processes,   and   intelligent   equipment,   we   have   greatly improved  product  value,  site   utilization,  and  production efficiency.  At  the  same  time,  we  have  actively  expanded related processing businesses, such as bulky waste, garden waste,   and   general   industrial solid   waste   RDF preparation, trade  secret carrier  recovery and destruction, etc., to further enhance profitability.

 

These     innovative     models     have     been     successfully implemented  and  applied  in  the  construction  of  multiple two-network   integration   systems    in   Changsha   County, Wangcheng   District,    Liuyang   City,   etc.    For   example, Changsha  County's  waste  material  recycling  system   has achieved  remarkable  results.  It  has  built  341  blue  houses, 17  town/street-level  big  blue  houses,  and  1  county-level comprehensive blue island. It can recycle up to 63,800 tons of waste materials annuall, the daily processing of bulky garbage and garden waste is 60 tons, and the preparation of general industrial solid waste RDF is 5-8 tons/hour.

 

It  is  precisely  because  of  the actual  results  of this  model that  Changsha  County  has  successfully  been  listed  as  a national    demonstration    county    for     domestic    waste classification and resource utilization.
As  a  system  operation  service  provider,  Hunan  Vary Solid Waste Treatment Co.,  Ltd.,  a  subsidiary  of Vary Tech , is not only a  "key contact renewable resource recycling enterprise" of the Ministry of Commerce, but also the first  renewable  resource green sorting center certified enterprise  in  Hunan.  It  has  been  deeply  involved  in  the    formulation   of    many   standards    in   the    field   of renewable  resources,  such  as  the   "Renewable  Resources Sorting       Center       Construction       and       Management Specifications "   industry   standard,   the    "Two    Networks Integrated  Recycling  System  Construction  Specifications " local  standards  and  the   "Recyclables   Recycling   System Construction    and    Management    Specifications "    group standards,   have   provided   guidance    for   the    industry.
